Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@blushibi.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
